Extra Fancy Jackalberry Ebony Lumber

This kiln dried Jackalberry ebony has been surfaced on two sides and is ready for use. The black portions of the wood contain checks, splits, and voids. Some bug holes are present, producing an effect similar to ambrosia beetle staining, resulting in unique black coloration in affected areas. Many boards also display striking ribbon or fiddleback figure—an uncommon trait for any ebony species. Boards longer than 36 inches may exhibit a slight bow or twist of up to 1/8 inch.
