This Black Cottonwood has nice colors and patterns with areas of figure. It was freshly cut in March 2026, is completely wax sealed, and contains residual moisture. It will make lovely woodturning projects. Twice turning is recommended, but the wood dries quickly with little degrade. Cottonwood is an easy hardwood to turn and sand. This piece has knots, splits, and a rough corner. Please see pictures for details.
