Zelkova Bowl Blank

Zelkova is a valued Japanese hardwood that is strong, durable, and easy to work. This woodturning stock was freshly cut in June of 2025 and is fully wax sealed. Some of the blanks have spalting which adds beautiful color. This is ideal wood for twice turned articles. Colors range from brownish red to grayish streaks with golden hues. A minor end check or minor rough edge may be present. This piece has inclusions. Please see pictures for details.
