Tasmanian Blackwood Lumber

Kiln-dried and surfaced on two sides, this high-grade lumber is exceptionally clean. Closely related to Hawaiian Koa, it features a similar iridescent shimmer with rich honey-gold and brown tones. Known for its outstanding tonal qualities, this wood is a must-have—offered at a fraction of Koa’s price. Some boards may contain small pin knots with small voids, which are visible in the photos. Boards longer than 36 inches may have a slight bow or twist ranging from 1/16" to 1/8". This piece has checks, inclusions, and a void. Please see pictures for details.
