Extra Fancy Tamboti Live Edge Lumber

This beautiful Tamboti has rich colors and figure is present in many pieces. Air dried and surfaced on two sides, this thick material has some residual moisture, but has been air drying for over 8 years. It is ideal for turnery, furniture, finials, pens, bottle stoppers, boxes, and more! Boards over 36" may have 1/16" to 1/8" bow/twist. Checks, end checks, or live edge(s) may be present. Live edge boards may contain defects which can generally be seen in the photos. This high quality wood takes a wonderful natural polish, showing lovely luster even before finish is applied. It is similar in density and workability to Rosewoods. Pick up your piece while it lasts. This piece has checks, knots, inclusions, and an end split. Please see pictures for details.
