Extra Fancy Peroba Rosa Lumber

This beautiful, clean material has interlocked grain with ribbon figure which adds a nice 3-dimensional chatoyant shimmer. The color ranges from pink to reddish hues with some golden tones. It has a sweet and subtle fragrance. These pieces are kiln dried and surfaced on two sides. They may have a slight bow or twist up to 1/8”, usually on pieces over 36". Occasional surface checks may be present. Boards with "rustic" in the title contain many surface checks. The closed grain makes it easy to work with and it also takes a high polish!
