Gabon Ebony Lumber Bargain Box

This high quality Ebony air dried in billets for over 10 years and was recently cut into lumber. The lumber is air dried to approximately 8-12% moisture and is ready to use. Gabon Ebony is highly sought after for its dark color. This is very high quality material with excellent color. A minor surface check, slightly rounded corner edge, pin holes, or machete edge marks may be present. Boards over 30" may have a slight 1/16" to 1/8" bow/twist. When working Ebony, seal all cuts immediately to prevent checking. The ends of the board may be wax sealed. Create something truly amazing with this rare African gem. The measurements above are for the shipping size. This box contains pieces of different sizes. The longest piece measures 6-7/16" x 1-1/2" x 7/16". The shortest piece measures 5-5/8" x 1-1/16" x 5/16". Some pieces may contain checks and splits. Plese see pictures for details.
