Figured Pepperwood Bowl Blank (6" x 6" x 3")

INCLUDES 1 WOOD BLANK (several blanks are shown to indicate the range of color/grain to expect). Brazilian Pepperwood is a beautiful hardwood that turns and finishes well, taking a naturally high polish! This wood is freshly cut and contains moisture. It is completely wax sealed for protection, but we recommend twice turning it as soon as you get it as it is prone to developing checks in the dark stripes. Blanks may have small end checks and burl eyes checks. Small voids in turned blanks can usually be filled with CA glue and sawdust. Blanks may have slight shrinkage. Enjoy working this fine grained exotic hardwood! Size may vary +/- 1/8".
