This piece has been kiln dried, surfaced on two sides, and is ready for use. Boards over 30" may have a slight bow or twist. This piece has planer skip, checks, splits, and inclusions. This piece has a fragile area near te stickered end. Though we'll do our best to package it carefully, it is ineligible for a refund or return if it breaks during shipping.
