This turning stock was freshly cut in March of 2025 and is wax sealed. The tree was standing dead for over 5 years and the wood has lost over 40% of its original moisture. An occasional surface/end check or inclusion may be present. This is a wonderful choice for anyone, from the beginner to the expert woodturner. We recommend the twice turning method for working this wood.
