Figured Ambrosia Maple Cookie

This colorful Ambrosia Maple cookie has stunning color streaks and the possibility of fiddleback. It is a unique hardwood that is kiln dried and ready to use. The colorful ambrosia streaks are caused by the Ambrosia beetle. Some small Ambrosia beetle holes may be present. Live edges are present and may contain an occasional machine mark or check. Cookies over 20" long may have a slight 1/16" to 1/8" bow, cup, or twist. Closed grain makes this Maple species easy to finish! This is ideal for a charcuterie board, end table, or anything else your creative mind can think of!
