East Indian Rosewood Bowl Blank (8" x 8" x 3")

INCLUDES 1 WOOD BLANK (several blanks are shown to indicate the range of color/grain to expect). East Indian Rosewood is set apart from many woods through its range of colors. Each piece is unique, with any combination of black, violet, brown, purple, olive green, and blue undertones. Air dried for a year, these bowl blanks contain residual moisture. Rosewoods take an exceptionally high polish and this species is no exception! The oily nature of the wood lends an amazing natural polish that is ideal for beginner to woodturning expert. The blanks are rough cut with a bandsaw. A minor edge or end check may be present. This species cannot ship outside of the USA. Sizes may vary +/- 1/8".
