An elegant antique Sinker Douglas Fir mantel is something that none of your freinds can say they have! This awesome tree was lake salvaged in 2009 and originally was cut down between 1890 and 1920! Remarkably, it still has the axe cuts on the live edge. The average width is 14 inches. It also contains wear marks and has bug holes making it a one of a kind mantel. There are large splits and cracks with knots, however, it is structurally sound for a mantel. It may contain some residual moisture.
