Red Cumaru Bowl Blank

Red Cumaru is an incredibly dense hardwood that turns well with sharp tools and takes a high polish. Since it has a high oil content, it is somewhat difficult to glue, but the oil gives an exceptional natural finish to turned articles. This blank has air dried for 1 year and is completely wax sealed. It contains residual moisture and is ideal for the twice turning method. This wood ships to the USA only.
