California Cottonwood Bowl Blank

Freshly cut in May of 2025, this beautiful California Cottonwood contains residual moisture. All blanks are wax sealed and intended for twice turning of bowls. Shrinkage may develop as the wood dries. An occasional inclusion or check may be present. Woodturners will love how this turns and finishes. The unique color and burl in this species are lovely for woodturning projects! This piece has a partial rough edge and inclusions. Please see pictures for details.
