The rich depth of color in this material is unrivaled; it’s some of the finest color we’ve seen in years. Beautiful figure will vary from piece to piece. This salvaged koa log has been air drying for 15 years as of April 2019, wax sealed, and contains residual moisture. There are some worm holes, cracks, and other natural features present. One of the corner edges has a 2" split present below the numbers. This is not suitable for bowl blanks, however, would be ideal for pen blanks and smaller articles!
