Chinese Elm is a nice species to use that has interesting colors and grain patterns. It turns easily and dries with little degrade. Freshly cut in July of 2023, blanks are fully wax sealed to slow the drying process. This wood is ideal for twice turning bowls! Blanks may have an occasional knot, rough edge, or a minor check. Enjoy working this easy to turn hardwood for your next woodturning project! This is a five-piece set. The measurements above are for the shipping size. Four of the pieces measure 10-1/4" x 1-3/4" x 1-3/4. The fifth piece measures 9-1/2" x 1-5/8" x 1-5/8".
