Apricot

Apricot wood, Prunus armeniaca, is a hardwood that is native to Asia and Europe but has been planted globally. Trees range from 20-40 ft. tall with diameters of 12” - 24”. The tree produces small wood pieces that are exceptionally well suited for turning and other small wood crafts. The fine, even texture of this allows it to turns and remarkably well. It yields a nice natural luster.
