Desert Ironwood is one of our favorites for wood working because it has a buttery-smooth finish! Stunning golden shades with red undertones, brown hues, and black streaks combine with iridescence that truly set this hardwood apart. This wood has been well aged. It is dry and ready to use. This is the densest North American and Northern Mexican species! This piece has pin holes, checks, and inclusions. Please see pictures for details.
