Desert Ironwood Live Edge Slice

Desert Ironwood is one of our favorites for wood working because it has a buttery-smooth finish! Stunning golden shades with red undertones, brown hues, and black streaks combine with iridescence that truly set this hardwood apart. Blanks and boards have been well aged. They are dry and ready to use. Surface or end checks are common in this wood. Live edges generally have checks. Voids may be present. This is the densest North American and Northern Mexican species!
