Cerejeira Pen Blank - 3/4"

INCLUDES 1 WOOD BLANK (several blanks are shown to indicate the range of color/grain to expect). Native to Brazil, Cerejeira wood is often cut into veneer and lumber. It has similar working properties to Mahogany. A sweet smell is present even if the wood is sealed by wax. The grain is typically interlocked, so when cut on the quarter it will show a mottled, ribbon striped figure. Cerejeira is easily dried and machined. Woodworkers will enjoy this unique exotic species. This wood is dry and ready to use. Size may vary +/- 1/8". Skill Level: Beginner.
