This beautiful Ziricote wood has been kiln dried, surfaced on two sides, and may be sealed on the ends. Some lumber will have occasional very faint hairline checks in black streaks or a minor end check that should be easy to work with or around. These are usually near or on the sapwood; they are very small and minor. This wood is exceptionally high quality A grade material. Please look at the pictures to see coverage of sapwood on faces. This is the same material that we use to cut instrument sets that are sold to larger instrument companies. It is getting much harder to obtain this wood so stock up and take advantage of the wonderful pricing! This piece of lumber has an 11" end split between the heartwood and sapwood contrast.
