Half & Half Grafted English/Claro Walnut Slab
These beautiful slabs were cut from carefully hand selected Walnut logs. Kiln dried and planed on both sides, you’ll enjoy working this exquisite hardwood. Photos display an exposition of color, burl, crotchwood and figure, which varies in intensity and uniqueness from piece to piece depending on which part of the log the wood was cut from. Live edges may have areas of bark or checks. Slabs unique features may include checks, bug holes, incursions, or other natural characteristics that make wood unique! This slab has a soft rough edge.

This outstanding Walnut lumber has incredible color and figure, making it ideal for fine woodworking projects! Some boards may have a slight 1/16” to 1/8” bow or cup but most are perfectly flat. The wood has been vacuum kiln dried and is ready for use. This piece of lumber has some burl on the opposite end of the numbers. There are some bark incursions and drying checks on the back face.
