Harvested in 2004, this log yielded lumber with great color and figure! The lumber is now dry and ready to use. Some of this would be suitable for instruments or high end jewelry boxes etc. There may be a minor check present but anything more than a minor check is listed below. A minor bow or cup of 1/8" or less may be present on some boards. This is a rare opportunity for some equilibrium dried Koa! There are numerous pin holes in the sapwood edge. There is a 2" end check at the numbered end. This ships to the USA only. There are some checks in the live edge. There are some end checks at the opposite end from numbers just below the live edge. There are surface checks on the back face, mostly along the thick square edge. It has some beautiful figured grain. Must be able to work with the noted defects.
