Elm Bowl Blank

This Elm is great for wood turning! Rich color, easy machinability, and a nice finish are just a few of the reasons Elm is a great choice, not to mention the affordable cost. This turning stock was freshly cut in March of 2024 and is wax sealed. The tree was standing dead for over 5 years and the wood has lost over 40% of its original moisture. An occasional surface/end check or inclusion may be present. This is a wonderful choice for anyone, from the beginner to the expert woodturner.
