Figured Ailanthus Bowl Blank

Beautiful golden & yellow colors are present which yield a unique look to projects. This wood is partially air dried and has lost 30-50% of its original moisture. This blank is wax sealed. Figure and beautiful color contrast varies from blank to blank! Ailanthus has nice working properties and finishes easily. This piece has a split that runs from the top edge grain down the front of the face about 3"  Must be able to work with.
