Argentine Osage Orange Lumber (36" x 3-1/2" x 3/4")
INCLUDES 1 WOOD BLANK (several blanks are shown to indicate the range of color/grain to expect). This Argentine Osage Orange lumber has golden to bright yellow color! As it ages and picks up UV light, it turns into a rich medium brown/orange color. It is kiln dried and surfaced on two sides.

Argentine Osage Orange Bowl Blank (8" x 8" x 3")
INCLUDES 1 WOOD BLANK (several blanks are shown to indicate the range of color/grain to expect). This beautiful South American species has lovely, vibrant color reminiscent of American Osage Orange. The pores in this durable wood are large and grain is interlocked with fine to medium texture. Working properties are similar to domestic Osage Orange. This species can also be known as Fustic, which has historically been used in making dyes for fabrics. Argentine Osage Orange turns, stains, glues, and finishes well. Blanks have air dried for one year and contain residual moisture, so twice turning is recommended. They are completely wax sealed.
