Peruvian Pepper wood, Schinus molle, is a small evergreen tree native to the Peruvian Andes that only grows to heights of 25- 40 ft. with diameters of 1-2 ft. The wood is heavy and has fine grain that can show beautiful swirls, color, and burl. Colors range from light pink and golden brown, to brown with gray veining. Pepperwood is often used for high end woodworking articles, wood furniture, and veneer.
