Kiln dried and surfaced on two sides. Cut from the Northern range of this species so it looks different from most of the Macherium sp.

There are dark steaks around the bug holes - this adds more stripes in the wood. 5/8" crown. Well suited for use in projects 36" or shorter.

This particular board is from the northern most range of the tree and as such has more characteristics in color to a striped ebony. This species is also called Jacaranda Pardo but has no relation to Dalbergia Nigra which is commonly known as Jacaranda.
